I just wanted to get in touch to let you know how fantastic I found the pregnancy yoga classes.
I was induced at 38 weeks and knew that this could really decrease my chances of having the natural delivery that I really wanted and I had some anxiety around this. I found your classes so great at getting me into a positive mindset, the breathing exercises really helped come delivery day and I was able to stay so focused and calm. I would encourage any Mum to be to consider doing these classes, as they were so beneficial.
