Coming to a pregnancy yoga class is a great way to meet other pregnant women and to learn how to exercise and relax your pregnant body in a safe and fun way. Unfortunately this opportunity is not always possible for every women. You might have a busy career, lifestyle or your home situation is not always allowing you to attend a class. With these online sessions you can choose what you like to learn, when it suits you and most of all in the comfort of your own home. The online sessions are a minimum of 30 minutes with a fee of $45.00 For every 10 minutes longer an additional fee of $15.00 will be added. You can choose out of the following options.
