Postnatal Yoga for Mum & Crawler

Once your baby has discovered how they can move away from your yoga mat, it is time for you to change to the Postnatal Yoga Class for Crawlers. By the time your baby is able to crawl, you would have become physically stronger. During this class, the yoga postures may get a bit challenging, so while you are focussed on balancing your position, your baby is able to crawl around the room with the other babies. It is possible to start throughout the term. If you have someone looking after your baby at home, you are more than welcome to come by yourself.
